1. Introduction

Welcome to Show and Sell Market (“the Platform”), a free online multivendor marketplace that connects buyers and independent vendors. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

This Platform is hosted in the United States but operated by a business based in Trinidad and Tobago. All legal governance and disputes shall be handled under the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.

2. Role of Show and Sell Market

The Platform provides a space where vendors can list and sell physical and digital products to buyers.
Show and Sell Market does not charge vendors or buyers any commissions, listing fees, or membership fees.
Vendors and buyers handle all payments directly through methods such as bank transfers or Cash on Delivery.
The Platform provides a checkout system for order confirmation only; it does not process payments or provide escrow services.
Vendors are solely responsible for shipping, delivery, and fulfillment of all orders.
Show and Sell Market is not a party to any transaction between vendors and buyers.

3. Eligibility and Registration

Vendors must register for an account to list products. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to operate as a seller.
Buyers may browse and make purchases without creating an account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account details updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Vendor Account Maintenance

All vendor accounts must be regularly maintained.
Vendor accounts that remain dormant (no logins) for more than 30 consecutive days are subject to suspension or permanent removal at Show and Sell Market’s discretion.
Removal of dormant accounts may result in permanent deletion of associated listings and data.

4. Prohibited Products and Activities

The following categories are strictly prohibited:

Firearms, weapons, or ammunition
Pornographic, obscene, or adult content
Counterfeit, pirated, or unauthorized goods

You also agree not to:

Violate any local or international laws
Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
Engage in fraud, spam, or abusive behavior
Attempt to interfere with the Platform’s security or operation

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

5. User Content and Reviews

The Platform allows user-generated content, including product reviews and vendor listings.
By posting content, you grant Show and Sell Market a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and distribute such content for Platform purposes.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
You are solely responsible for the content you post.

6. Payments and Transactions

All payments are handled directly between buyers and vendors, outside the Platform.
Show and Sell Market does not offer payment processing, escrow, or financial guarantees.
Vendors are solely responsible for delivering purchased goods or services.
Buyers are responsible for verifying vendor credibility and product suitability before making payments.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Show and Sell Market disclaims all liability for:
- The quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of vendor products or content
- Payment disputes or delivery issues between buyers and vendors
- Any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from your use of the Platform
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Show and Sell Market’s total liability shall not exceed USD $50.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from use of the Platform shall be governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago for resolution of any legal disputes.
Buyers and vendors are encouraged to resolve disputes directly between themselves before seeking legal remedies.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that:

Violates these Terms
Engages in fraudulent or unlawful activity
Harms the Platform, its users, or reputation
Remains inactive for over one month

Termination may occur without prior notice. In such cases, all licenses and rights granted to you will immediately end.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Show and Sell Market complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
We collect minimal personal data necessary to operate the Platform, such as registration details, order information, and browsing data.
Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information in accordance with applicable laws.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Acceptable Use of the Platform

You agree not to misuse the Platform by:

Uploading viruses, malicious code, or disruptive software
Attempting unauthorized access to accounts or systems
Engaging in activities that burden or impair the Platform’s infrastructure

Violations may lead to account termination and potential legal action.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
